  Youth Protection Training
Training and certification is required for all adult leaders and is highly encouraged for all parents (required if attending an activity covered by a local tour permit). Certification is good for two years for classroom training. Ask a leader when a YPT class is scheduled.
Please note, YPT Online is NOT, the same as a physical YPT classroom training.

BSA Online Learning Center
Online education including Youth Protection Training available through
"YPT Online" is for adults, who are not attending a “Licensed BSA Camp.” Adults attending, "One Day" only activities & "Pack" only weekend camps.
Online YPT is good for one year only.
